The Chia Seed Pudding Recipe good enough for Dessert

Alright, you guys already know how crazy I am for chia seeds, (you can read the full post here) and I am always looking for new ways to enjoy this magical seed.  I have to say, this chia seed pudding recipe is my new favorite. It’s rich, it’s decadent and tastes like dessert, but healthy enough to have for breakfast! If you haven’t tried chia seed pudding before, it is a game changer. Super easy to make, and you can change it up so many ways! Check out this chia seed pudding recipe below!

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

I am obsessed with this recipe. I’ve had it for dessert but I have also had it for breakfast. That’s the beauty of it, you can have it any time of day! Plus the cocoa powder makes it deliciously chocolatey to make you feel like you are indulging. SO yum!


Chocolate Chia Pudding

Prep Time

10 mins

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  2. 1 tbsp maple syrup

  3. 1 tsp vanilla

  4. 1/3 cup chia seeds

  5. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients into a mason jar and stir

Let thicken for 15 minutes (or leave overnight in the fridge for maximum flavour)

Top with raspberries and unsweetened coconut flakes (or your other favourite fruits, nuts, or seeds)
