Simple Avocado Toast

Who said avocado toast had to be basic!? This tasty avocado toast is a MUST-HAVE staple for me lately! A simple breakfast that is not only filling but nutritious? Count me in! Servings: 1-2 large pancakes


  • 2 slices paleo bread

  • 1/2 avocado

  • egg

  • green onion

  • hemp hearts

  • radish


  1. Boil your egg

  2. While the egg is boiling, place your paleo bread in the toaster

  3. Slice open your avocado and mash 1/2 the avocado

  4. Split up the mashed avocado between both slices of toast

  5. Slice your radishes, green onions and egg.

  6. Top it with your egg, salt, pepper, hemp hearts, sliced radishes and green onion

  7. Enjoy!
