Single Serve Protein Pancakes

Finally, a single serve pancake recipe FULL of protein ready to get you started in the mornings. This recipe keeps the delicious pancakes nothing but fluffy and nutritious. Servings: 1-2 large pancakes


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 scoops protein

  • 1 tsp baking soda


Instructions: 

  1. Crack your eggs into a bowl

  2. Add protein powder and baking soda

  3. Add in your favourite ingredients (I like blueberries) and whisk

  4. Heat a pan up to medium heat and add the desired amount to the pan

  5. Top with a nutbutter, fruit or toppings of choice!

  6. Enjoy!
