This delicious paleo porridge can be made TWO WAYS. You can use either paleo porridge OR chia pudding! Image having dessert...for breakfast! This recipe is everything you can imagine if you love sweets for breakfast! Think ice cream sunday but HEALTHY and for breakfast! Servings: 1-2 large pancakes
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp cacao
2 tsp coconut oil
in a container mix: chia seeds, ground flax, hemp hearts and vanilla and place in fridge overnight.
The next day combine your coconut oil and cacao until it is nice and smooth
Optional (pour a layer of warmed nut butter on your porridge)
Pour cacao mix on top and place in fridge for 5 minutes
Once set, crack open your shell and enjoy!
