The Blue Breakfast Bowl Game Changer!

I am a big fan of breakfast, in fact, I look forward to it every morning. And when I can, I like to take a few extra minutes and create this blue breakfast bowl. Not only is this bowl delicious but it has a game-changing ingredient that you will love.

Alright, let’s get into it. So what is this magical ingredient? It is Blue Majik. If you haven’t heard of this blue superfood, it has been sweeping the internet lately because of its bright blue color, with nothing artificial. It is a cousin of Spirulina but a lot more intense, and if you know me you know I love intense.

What’s so great about this blue superfood?

It fights free radicals

Free radicals are those unstable atoms in your body that are created from outside pollutants and environmental stress. And these unstable atoms can lead to damage, disease, and cancer.

It is a COX-2 inhibitor

COX-2 is what causes inflammation and pain so by inhibiting this, it becomes a natural pain reliever for cramps and muscle soreness. But, it can also help with headaches and joint pain.

It reduces inflammation

We all know how damaging inflammation can be, no matter where it is in the body. This will help not only diseases associated with inflammation but also any generalized inflammation in the body.

Post workout

This stuff is great post workout because it promotes faster muscle recovery. This means your muscles will heal properly and, you won’t end up tearing and damaging them with over working out.

Protein and amino acids

I love the dose of protein as well as amino acids this stuff has. When you get enough protein and amino acids you will have more energy, be more alert and have less brain fog. It can be easier to get vitamins from food, but a little harder to get all your amino acids.

So how do I like to enjoy this superfood? I love throwing a scoop into smoothies but also making beautiful smoothie bowls.

Blue Majik Breakfast Bowl

  1. 1 frozen banana

  2. 1/2 frozen peach

  3. 1 scoop blue majik

  4. 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  5. 1 tbsp maca powder

  6. 1/2 cup almond milk

  7. pinch pear (optional)


Add everything to a food processor or blender (i’ve linked my fav below!)

Blend until smooth.

Top with your favourite smooth bowl toppings.

I love how creamy this is, and the bright blue color is so fun and all natural. Plus, it’s full of superfoods to get your day started off right.
