Healthy Edible Pumpkin Cookie Dough (Vegan, Gluten Free) 

This healthy edible pumpkin cookie dough is a delicious sweet treat. If you're a fan of raw cookie dough, then you will love this healthy recipe. With a fall spin and some added pumpkin, it truly tastes decadent. Plus, it is paleo, vegan, gluten free and dairy free, so all can enjoy!





Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin 

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 

  • 2 tbsp nut butter 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour 

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice 

  • 2 tbsp nut milk

  • 1 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips 


Instructions: 

  1. Combine pumpkin, nut milk, maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla into a bowl and stir until smooth. 

  2. Add in the coconut flour and pumpkin spice and mix until combined. 

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Serve cold.

  5. Enjoy!
