Healthy Brownies

What's better than a nice warm brownie? A nice warm brownie made with ingredients that make you feel amazing and fill you up! These brownies have simple ingredients and are quick to make when you're craving something sweet! Dive right into these gooey delicious brownies tonight! Servings: 4-6 pancakes


Ingredients:

  • 1 small avocado

  • 1 cup sweet potato

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup cacao

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup almond butter, melted

  • 1/3 cup pecans

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips


Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl add in your pureed sweet potato, avocado, vanilla extract and maple syrup

  2. Crack your eggs into the bowl and stir until well mixed well

  3. Add in your cacao powder and baking soda to the bowl and mix

  4. Fold in your pecans or chocolate chips

  5. Spread into a parchment paper lined 9x9 pan

  6. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings such as pecans, chocolate chips or nut butter of choice.

  7. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes

  8. Enjoy!
