Single Serve Pancake Recipe

Something about pancakes in the morning just goes perfect together! So this single serve recipe is perfect for ANY day of the week! Fluffy, light and delicious, what more can you ask from a pancake. Servings: 1-2 large pancakes


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • vanilla 1/4 tsp

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


Instructions: 

  1. In a food processor (or with a fork) mix together all of your ingredients

  2. In a pan on medium heat, heat up a small amount of oil

  3. Cook the pancake until you get a nice golden colour and flip

  4. Top it with your favourite fruits or nuts

  5. Enjoy!
