Single Serve Berry Crisp

Have frozen berries on hand? I've got the most delicious single serve recipe for you to try! This berry crisp contains all the fruitiness you love topped with a crispy texture that is sure to make your mouth water and of course, it's great for you!

Servings: 1 Mug Cake


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup berries

  • 1 tsp tapioca flour or arrowroot

  • Nuts to top

  • Dash of lemon juice


Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl add your frozen berries of choice and top with tapioca flour or arrowroot

  2. Combine the two together

  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice on top

  4. Top with nuts of choice (pecans, almond, walnuts or whatever you choose

  5. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
