Servings: 1 Mug Cake
1/2 cup berries
1 tsp tapioca flour or arrowroot
Nuts to top
Dash of lemon juice
In a bowl add your frozen berries of choice and top with tapioca flour or arrowroot
Combine the two together
Add a squeeze of lemon juice on top
Top with nuts of choice (pecans, almond, walnuts or whatever you choose
Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes
