This creamy pumpkin yogurt bowl is the perfect quick healthy fall breakfast. It is loaded with fiber and healthy fats, plus it is low sugar. It is also something you could easily meal prep in advance and top in the morning with whatever you like!
Pumpkin Yogurt Bowl
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup dairy free yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 frozen banana
2 scoops collagen (optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with desired toppings like granola, chia seeds, pumpkin spice or seeds.
