Healthy Taco Skillet (Paleo, Whole 30)

This healthy taco skillet is an easy one-pan meal that comes together quickly while being paleo and whole 30!

What you’ll love about this recipe is everything comes together in one pan! Which means less cleanup. You can also add in any veggies you wanted too, like zucchini or squash. I also love serving this on a bed of arugula or butter lettuce to get more greens in.

I like to top it with either green goddess dressing, you can find the recipe here, or some fresh avocado and cilantro. It adds a nice dose of freshness to the dish. You could also squeeze some lime juice on top too!
