Servings: 6-8 Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ounces chocolate
1/2 tsp vanila
1 egg white
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp pecans (optional)
Instructions:
Start by melting your chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until nice and smooth
Once melted add in your vanilla
In separate bowl - separate your egg white from the yolk and discard the yolk/shell
Whisk or user a mixer to whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks
Add in your sugar to the whipped egg whites and continue to whip until the sugar is incorporated
Add in your chocolate mixture to the egg white mixture
Continue to mix until smooth
Add in and pecans or chocolate chips (option)
Place on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart
Bake at 325F for 10-12 mints - let cool 15 minutes after
