Healthy Brookies

Part brownie, part cookie, fully delicious! Who doesn't want a brownie and a cookie? This recipe gives you everything you want out of a dessert. It's sweet, it's fudgey and most importantly, it's healthy. This single serve brookie recipe gives chocolate lovers something to day dream about! Servings: 1 Mug Cake


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • Dash of vanilla

  • 2 tsp ground flax with 2 tsp water

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp molasses

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp cacao


Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl add together your almond flour, coconut oil, vanilla, coconut sugar, molasses, baking powder and flixture.

  2. Stir all the ingredients are combined. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.

  3. Add in your cacao powder to one half of the mixture and stir until fully combined.

  4. Create a ball with the half without cacao powder and add in your chocolate chips.

  5. Create a ball with the cacao half and mold the two ball together

  6. Place on a parchment lined sheet and press down

  7. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes

  8. Enjoy!
