Healthy Berry Bowl

There's something about the creamy tang of yogurt and the sweetness from strawberries that I just LOVE! This Keto Berry Bowl does the trick when I'm craving something sweet! The best part is it only takes about 10 minutes and only uses 3 ingredients, could I ask for a better dessert idea that's still nutritious?! Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mashed berries

  • sugar free dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl combine your coconut yogurt, mashed berries and chocolate chips

  2. Mix together

  3. Freeze for 5 minutes

  4. Enjoy!
