Servings: 1 Mug Cake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions:Â
In a bowl add together your almond flour, cacao, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and stir until all the ingredients are combined
Add in your baking powder and stir until combined
Transfer ingredients to a mug
Microwave for 60 seconds
Top with your choice of toppings
