This berry pistachio chicken salad is delicious while being paleo, whole 30 and healthy! The perfect blend of flavours.


This salad is not only nutritious but delicious too. Full of leafy greens which provide tons of micronutrients as well as mint which is great for digestion. Ingredients

  1. 2 cups mixed greens

  2. 4 oz chicken, cooked

  3. 1/4 cup blueberries

  4. 1 tbsp pistachios

  5. 1 tbsp fresh mint

Instructions

Combine everything into a bowl and add your fav dressing!
