Servings: 6-8 cookies
1 Cup of nut butter
1/2 Cup of monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar
In a bowl combine your nut butter of choice, sweetener and your egg together.
With a spatula, fold the ingredients together until you get a thick dough consistency.
using a spoon or scoop, scoop out the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet about an inch away from each other and flatten them slightly
Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes and let cool
