Energy Boost

The combo of carbs, B vitamins and a bit of protein helps keep you going all day long and fight fatigue. Bottom line, it increases your stamina – think energizer bunny energy. YES!

Protects the skin

The vitamins and amino acids in bee pollen help to soothe the skin and prevent irritation. It’s also been used in cases of psoriasis and eczema, so if that sounds like you, give bee pollen a try.

Now, I luckily don’t suffer from allergies (knock on wood), but if you do, bee pollen can be especially helpful. It reduces histamine, which is the thing that triggers your allergies. Also, continued use of bee pollen can help build up tolerances to natural pollen. So head to your local farmer’s market and pick some up!

Craving Crusher

Yup, you heard me. It helps to ward off cravings for junk and keep you full. We all have those nights we want to down a bag of chips or a whole cake. Luckily, bee pollen helps keep my cravings in check. LIFE. SAVER.

Supports Immune System

When you’re running around like I am, it can be very easy to get worn down and end up sick. But, with bee pollen on my side, I know that it is protecting my cells from the damaging oxidation of free radicals. It also gives me a boost of antioxidants that protects like an antibiotic would.

When I heard about bee pollen, I picked some up right away. I’ve been taking between a teaspoon and a tablespoon a day, in the morning, to help with my energy levels, and it has been working like a charm! You can sprinkle it on smoothie bowls, salads, yogurt and more. But to be honest, I get down to the point and just eat a spoonful. Yum!
