1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup pasta sauce
filling of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine almond flour, sweet potato, tapioca flour, himalayan salt, and coconut oil in a bowl.
Roll out dough between two sheets or parchment paper until it is 1/4 inch thick.
Cut through the dough forming the desired size shape square. I made roughly 2 inch by 2 inch squares.
Peel off square and place on a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Add 1 tsp of sauce as well as desired fillings, careful not to overfill it.
Add another square on top and using a fork press the edges of the square together forming a seal on all sides.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with extra sauce if desired.
